The work it supports

A milestone with an owner and a next action.

Bring the due date, dependency and required evidence together. Show what is missing before a milestone is described as complete.

  • Site and land decisions

  • Permissions and application evidence

  • Contractor and commissioning milestones

Development rarely moves in one straight line.

Land review, financing and permissions can progress at the same time. The planned phase view summarises that work without locking the team into a rigid sequence.

See the financial consequence of a delay.

Connect a missed milestone to the funding condition or contractor payment it affects. The next question is which decision needs attention, and who can resolve it.

What if the site changes before the lease is signed?

Retain the old site record and its evidence. Review which land, permission and funding tasks depend on it, then assign the next actions for the new site. A change of location does not establish permission or support eligibility.

Planned for project delivery, from exploration through expansion. Land conditions and lender conditions retain their own documents and decision-makers.
