Privacy

How the pilot uses account, project and enquiry information.

BIO CNG operates the BioCNG.ai pilot. We keep data during the pilot and manually review removal requests; this notice describes the intended pilot and remaining deployment checks.

Before sending an enquiry

The contact and pilot forms are designed to save your name, email, optional organisation, country, project stage and message privately for review. Saving an enquiry sends no automatic email and does not reserve a demo or confirm pilot acceptance. Public visitors cannot read the saved enquiries. For a conversation, email [email protected]. Please leave out bank details, identification numbers and confidential documents.

Intended pilot infrastructure

The intended pilot uses a dedicated Oracle Cloud web host in UK London and a separate Supabase backend in London (eu-west-2) for account, project, enquiry and evidence records. The resources have been created, but live account access, private file access, email delivery and public HTTPS still need verification. A backend region does not establish the location of every provider, support or backup process.

Account information

Registration, email confirmation, sign-in and recovery use Supabase Auth. Your email is used for account access, and Supabase handles account credentials and session information. Confirmation and recovery instructions remain conditional; actual email delivery still needs verification.

Project setup, team and evidence records

The application saves setup drafts for the signed-in account and creates workspace, project and membership records on completed setup. Later changes preserve earlier versions. Recorded participants, declared entities, member permissions and ownership remain separate. Workspace administrators can view member emails and manage permissions. Invitation links require a confirmed recipient; only a token digest is stored, and the application sends no invitation email. Versioned project evidence supports PDF, JPEG and PNG files up to 2 MiB with current project access on downloads. Live permissions and private storage require verification before customer use. Selected upload files stay in browser memory while the form is open, rather than browser storage.

Retention and requests

BIO CNG keeps account, project, enquiry and evidence data during the pilot. Email [email protected] to request removal. BIO CNG reviews requests manually, including which records must be retained. The application has no automatic deletion schedule. Posted financial records preserve original entries and corrections; removing account access does not automatically erase those records or uploaded evidence.

Document processing

The application verifies uploaded evidence and is designed to keep it in private project storage. It does not send documents to an AI extraction service. Any later external document processing needs its own purpose, provider disclosure and review.

Your example market

The finance illustration uses a supported regional browser language as a starting hint. Your selection is stored in this tab’s session storage under biocng.marketing-market. It changes fictional examples only and is separate from a real project’s country or currency. No IP geolocation is used.

Operator and contact

BIO CNG operates the BioCNG.ai pilot. For enquiries or data requests, email [email protected]. Keep bank details, identification numbers and confidential documents out of enquiries.

Pilot preparation

Checks still open.

Live customer collection requires the remaining policy and deployment checks below.

  • Live account access, email delivery, private files and public HTTPS still require verification.
  • Actual provider processing locations and any international transfers need a complete inventory.
  • Any contracting details, applicable processing bases and future document or AI services require review for the agreed pilot scope.
