BIO CNG operates this limited pilot. Account creation and enquiries do not establish a paid subscription or pilot acceptance; any service agreement remains separate.
Pilot and illustrative examples
Implemented workflows and features still in development have separate scopes. Illustrative finance examples are not customer records or a promise that every described module is available. Creating an account or saving an enquiry does not reserve a demo, confirm pilot acceptance or start a paid subscription.
Project decisions
The application organises project information and review workflows. It does not establish legal entitlement, scheme eligibility, bank execution or statutory accounting approval. Finance, tax, engineering and permitting decisions require the relevant records and qualified review.
Before a pilot or subscription
The agreement must identify the operator and customer, included services, responsibilities, fees, data terms, support, termination and the applicable legal terms.
